    Do you accept cards?

    Yes, we accept card payments through our booking platform and on-site.

    Our experiences include traditional refreshments, but you can bring additional snacks (without excessive alcohol).

    We have covered boats; the experience is only cancelled under weather conditions that put safety at risk.

    Xochimilco is an open natural environment, so safety is our priority. A maximum of two pets are allowed per boat (provided they belong to different groups or a private service is booked). Harnesses are mandatory at all times, and we recommend using a short leash. This prevents accidental falls into the canal, where water lilies can be dangerous. Don't forget to bring your pet's water and cleaning supplies.

    For our scheduled experiences (Sunrise, Midday, and Sunset), the cost is per person. This allows us to offer competitive prices for solo travelers, couples, or small families, sharing the trajinera with other visitors seeking the same tranquil and cultural atmosphere. If you prefer complete exclusivity, you can request a quote and book a Private Experience for your group.

    To ensure everyone enjoys the full itinerary (especially the Sunrise and Sunset tours due to the precise lighting), we ask that you arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Due to navigation logistics, the trajinera will depart promptly. In case of delay, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp to discuss rescheduling options based on availability.
